Our goal is to ensure that everyone in your group enjoys a luxurious and custom experience that is tailored to your group’s size and specific needs. Whether it's a team-building event, a pre-dinner cocktail hour, or an afternoon away- we are here to make it memorable for you. Corporate events will have the store exclusively just for their event! Indulge in the opportunity to customize your hat with a diverse range of accessories, from elegant hatbands and ribbons to intricate stitching, decorative pins, exquisite charms, delicate feathers, and premium brands. The possibilities for personalization are limitless, and our dedicated team is here to guide you in crafting a one-of-a-kind, stunning hat that perfectly reflects your individual style and personality.

 

Please note a minimum purchase of 8 hats is required for private events and a 25% service charge.

 

What's Included:

Hat: Brims on the Bluff offers an array of styles of straw and wool in many sizes and brim widths.

Fun Atmosphere: During your 90-minute corporate gathering, the store will be exclusively for your group to create, design, mingle, and get creative! Our stylists will be there to walk you through every step of the way, allowing everyone to strut out with their new favorite staple piece- a custom hat!  

Customization: At our store, our knowledgeable experts are available to guide you through the process of choosing the perfect accessories, trims, and branding options to customize your hat and make it truly unique to you. With a wide range of trims and accessories available for purchase separately, you can explore numerous options to create a personalized hat for you.

Complimentary Beverage & Snacks: Enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks during your event.

Booking Details:

Pricing: Starting at $175 per person

Includes Select Hat Styles, up to (2) Ribbon Tie Bands, (1) Feather, (2) Branding Letters or Symbols – Upgrades available for more variety of hats, beads, satin, leather, and upgraded feathers!

Deposit: A $150 deposit is required to reserve your appointment, which will go towards your custom experience.

 

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will be refunded if canceled online within 72 hours of booking the appointment.

Are you looking to host a corporate event, wedding, or private gathering at a specific location but need the necessary equipment? Don't worry, Brims on the Bluff has got you covered! Our unique set-up is designed to transform into a pop-up shop anywhere, with pallet walls, shelving, and more. We can bring the shop to you and set it up quickly, ensuring your event is a success. Plus, we offer private event options such as designing, burning, or painting, which can all be done off-site. We are always ready to hit the road with Pippy, our trusty trailer, to bring our services to your desired location.

 

Although we specialize in hat events, we offer a wide range of accessories that are sure to please everyone. We have something for everyone, whether it's hats, sunglasses, or custom leather accessories with logos or initials. Our team provides the best experience possible, and we are happy to cater to corporate gifting events as well.

POP-UP OFFSITE

Looking for a unique experience for your bridal party before the rehearsal dinner? Look no further than Brims on the Bluff! Our establishment partners with a nearby authentic barber shop to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your friends. Enjoy a clean shave from skilled barbers, sip on delicious bourbon, and top it off with stylish hats to complete your look. It's the perfect way to relax and bond with your closest friends before your big day!

What's Included:

Hats: Many varieties of wool and straw hats 

Each Guest will receive a hat of their choosing, up to (2) Ribbon Tie Bands, (1) Feather

Upgrades are available for more variety of hats, beads, satin, leather, and upgraded feathers! 

Set-Up: Included in our set-up will be up to (3) Pallet Walls, (2) Tall Shelves, and (2) Short Shelves & Mirror(s). Set-up may vary on the size and location of the group.

Fun Atmosphere- Anywhere! We come to you! Our stylists will be available during your designated time, great for cocktail hours or dessert bars!

Booking Details:

Pricing: Starting at $150 per person for the hat experience, additional fees include: $1,500.00 Set up fee including travel time within a (3) hour radius of 29910. Up to (3) hours of hat bar onsite fun; additional hours will be charged at $350 per hour.

​

There is also a 25% service charge for all off-site events. 

​

Deposit: To reserve your event, you must make a $1,500 deposit, which will go towards your custom experience. Cancellation Policy: We require a 30-day cancellation notice for all off-site events.
